By shadowing a coach, you'll have a mentor guiding you through real-world scenarios, helping you understand how to navigate various situations effectively. This phase sets the foundation for developing teamwork skills and gaining practical knowledge from those who have been there before.

Phase B: Consistent Performer

In Phase B, you'll transition into becoming a consistent performer by focusing on weekly business activities aimed at boosting sales, revenues, and engaging your social followers. You'll establish a routine of tasks designed to drive growth, such as promoting products, interacting with customers, and creating compelling content on social media. By consistently engaging with your audience and delivering quality experiences with your products, you'll build trust and loyalty, leading to long-lasting relationships and sustained success in your business endeavors.

Phase C: Team Leader

In Phase C, as a Team Leader, your focus shifts to supporting and guiding your team members in their sales growth journey. You'll provide assistance to help them overcome challenges and stay on track towards becoming consistent performers. You'll work with team member, identifying areas for improvement, offering constructive feedback, and adjusting strategies as needed. By nurturing their skills and confidence, you'll empower them to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
